Patrick has been involved in a wide range of projects in the areas of land development, municipal works, and transportation studies. He has also been instrumental in establishing the CADD system and drafting standards for the company.

He specializes in engineering design for Site Development projects, and provides expertise in computer modelling for stormwater management studies.
