In his role as President, Jason has operational responsibility for Scheffer Andrew’s three offices. He has extensive experience in the land development, civil, and transportation engineering fields working throughout his more than 30-year career as a consulting engineer and also as a development manager for a private development company.
Jason’s experience includes green field developments as well as upgrading of existing infrastructure and infill projects. He has led and been involved with multi-disciplined teams on various sizes and scopes of projects from transportation and recreation facilities to commercial developments and building projects. Jason has been the project principal for many of our transportation and land development projects. Jason has also been responsible for the preparation and administration of many infrastructure cost sharing agreements including cost share corporations and trust accounts involving both private and public sector clients.
He is the current president of The Consulting Engineers of Alberta (CEA) and board chair. Jason is actively involved with working committees with the CEA and the Urban Development Institute (UDI) Edmonton Chapter.
